The hummingbird: A messenger of joy, light, and the sacred bridge between worlds.

In February 2013, as my grandmother prepared for her own crossing, a hummingbird appeared—a vibrant, hovering messenger of joy in the middle of winter. It was a sign that the transition is not a fall, but a flight. To honor her, I carry that hummingbird as a memorial tattoo, and as my North Star for this work.

But the calling to support the MAID community specifically came through a different 'yes.' I was asked to be part of a MAID transition for a hospice patient. I spent days deep in reflection, needing to 'feel' the pull and truly understand the sacred weight of the medicine and the choice. After much heart-work, I said yes. Though the patient transitioned before our schedules could align, that 'yes' stayed with me. It opened a door in my heart that I could never close.

I offer 'The Sacred Threshold' because I know the depth of that decision. I understand the need for a witness who isn't afraid of the silence, and who sees the light even in the most difficult goodbyes.

The Four-Fold Holding

My stewardship is a continuous thread of presence, designed to weave peace through every stage of this transition. From the quiet preparation of the heart to the restorative breath of the days following, I provide a steady, high-vibrational container so that you and your loved ones can focus entirely on the sacredness of the goodbye. Together, we move through four intentional moments of holding:

The Sacred Flight:

Tending the Heart (The Preparation)

Timing: 24-48 hours before the scheduled departure.

Session Length: 90 minutes

The Experience: A quiet time to soften the heavy layers of the journey. We sit together in your home to release lingering fears and invite a sense of resonant peace and spiritual "readiness" for the flight ahead.

The Intent: To quiet the noise of the world and create an opening for a deep, peaceful surrender.

The Sacred Anchor (The Transition)

Timing: During the medical protocol.

Session Length: 2–4 Hours (Continuous Presence)

The Experience I serve as a silent, steady heartbeat and anchor in the room. My focus is on maintaining a high-vibrational "container" of light and love, ensuring the space remains sacred and calm so that you and your family can remain fully present in the beauty of the moment.

The Intent To serve as a humble witness and anchor, holding a space where the medicine and the spirit can meet in a gentle, harmonious transition. As the family’s anchor, I maintain a high-vibrational sanctuary of peace, ensuring the energetic crossing is as soft and supported as the physical one.

The Holding This dedicated, 4-hour continuous presence is valued as a double-session to honor the sustained focus, energetic depth, and unwavering stewardship required to hold the threshold for your family.

The Gentle Return (The Bridge)

Timing: Immediately following the crossing.

Session Length: 30–45 Minutes

The Experience: In the quiet space immediately following the transition, I provide a gentle clearing for the home and a grounding "breath" for the family. This session is designed to help stabilize the initial shift into the new landscape of grief.

The Intent: To honor the threshold that was just crossed and to hold the family in a cocoon of light as they begin to breathe again.

The Soft Landing (An Optional Invitation):

The Breath of Peace (The Integration)

Timing: 7–10 days after the transition.

Session Length: 75 Minutes

The Experience: A dedicated Reiki session for the primary caregiver or family. This is a time to restore your own light, clear the "energetic weight" of the previous weeks, and provide a sanctuary of peace for your own healing journey.

The Intent: To anchor your own spirit and provide a soft place to land as you navigate the first steps of your new path.

This session may also be purchased as a gift by friends or extended family to support the primary caregivers in their first week of healing.

Stewardship & The Sacred Exchange

I offer a sliding scale to ensure that every soul has access to a sacred departure. Please choose the tier that most accurately reflects your family’s current landscape. No application or explanation is ever required.

The Journey: Includes the full 4-phase container, plus an additional Legacy of Light*.

*Legacy of Light: A dedicated distance Reiki session performed in the quiet weeks following the transition. This is a focused blessing for your family’s lineage—honoring the light of the one who has passed while anchoring peace for the generations that remain.

An Invitation for the Family:

The Breath of Peace ($125) This restorative 75-minute integration session is offered as a separate 'Soft Landing' for those left behind. While it is included in the Radiant Heart and Infinite Aura tiers, it may be added to any journey at any time. It is a dedicated space for your own light to be restored as you navigate the first steps of your new path.

Logistics & Compassion

The Stewardship Deposit: To begin our journey and secure your place on my calendar, an initial $125 deposit is requested. This offering covers our first session, Tending the Heart, and ensures my dedicated presence is anchored for your family’s transition date. The remaining balance of your chosen tier is due 24 hours prior to the transition vigil.

Service Area To ensure I can be fully responsive and present during this sacred window, my in-home stewardship is available within a 15-mile radius of Downtown Puyallup, WA.

If you are located just outside this circle, please reach out; if my schedule allows, a modest travel soul-offering may be discussed to bridge the distance.

The Bridge Refund Policy: I understand that when working with the sacred threshold, timelines are fluid. My commitment is to remain flexible and honorable to your family's needs:

Timeline Shifts: If the medical protocol is rescheduled, your chosen tier remains fully intact and moves to the new date.
Cancellation: Should you choose not to proceed with the medical protocol or my services, a full refund is issued immediately, minus the cost of $125 for the initial Tending the Heart session if it has already been performed.
The Unexpected: If the transition occurs naturally before our scheduled sessions, any unused portion of your exchange will be returned within 24 hours or can be transitioned into a Breath of Peace integration session for the family.
